Climate Control, Inc. is located at 3276 4th Avenue South in Fargo, ND. The company was founded in 1993 by Dennis and Sonja Swangler. As a Master Electrician with 17 years in the industry, Dennis saw the need to bring a new line of temperature controls into the area. In addition, he wanted to provide local architects, engineers and end-users more personal service and support.

The original focus of the business revolved around installing and servicing temperature controls and building automation. The company continues to provide these services with the addition of system integration, and energy management.
Our goals are to identify and resolve facility issues and energy inefficiencies so our customers can realize a savings on their utility bills and mechanical equipment.
