Electrician – Journeyman or Apprentice
Employee Type: Full-Time Employee
Education: Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology or technical training equivalent to an associates degree
Relevant Work Experience: Must hold Journeyman Electrician License or be actively registered in an electrical apprentice program.
Wages: Competitive pay plus benefits; DOE (Depends on Experience)
Travel Required: Some out-of-town work within North Dakota and Minnesota.
Working Hours: Monday thru Thursday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM (30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks per day)
Language Spoken: English
Job Responsibilities
Read and understand electrical and control schematics, process and instrumentation drawings, and technical manuals.
Install conduit, flex, and wire tray.
Pull and terminate low voltage wire and communication cable.
Install valve actuators, thermostats, sensors, and other equipment specific to building automation systems.
Prior knowledge of building automation systems preferred.
Communicate effectively and efficiently.
Maintain ND Electrical Apprentice, or better, License. Fees and other expenses related to this license is the personal responsibility of the employee.
Maintain MN Power Limited License for MN. Fees and other expenses related to this license is the personal responsibility of the employee.
Other
Must hold drivers license.
Clean driving record required.
